Gamification for Jira Cloud

Gamification for Jira by Bitwerf turns the work your team already does in Jira into points, badges and levels. Colleagues thank each other with kudos, and leaderboards for the week, month or year show who keeps the board moving. No new tool, no forms to fill in.

Coming to the Atlassian Marketplace. Want it on your Jira site first? Email hello@bizzkitt.ai and we let you know the day it is live.

Up to 10 users: $0.01 per month. Larger teams can try it free for 30 days.

Questions

Does anyone have to change how they work?

No. Points come from creating, resolving and commenting on issues and logging work, which your team already does in Jira. Kudos are optional.

Can people game the points?

Each activity type earns points up to a daily limit, an issue earns resolve points once per year, and edits to comments don't count. Admins can lower or zero any activity.

Can we leave people out?

Yes. Limit gamification to members of the Jira groups you pick. People outside those groups are not tracked and don't appear on the leaderboard. Apps, bots and service desk customers never earn points.

Does it work with Jira Service Management?

Yes. Agents earn points for issues, comments and work logs in service projects. Customers on the portal never earn points.

Where is our data stored?

In the app's Forge storage on Atlassian's infrastructure. Bitwerf runs no servers for this app. The app stores account IDs and points, not names, email addresses or issue content.

Can we bring our points from another app?

Points can't be imported automatically. Most teams start a fresh season. To carry over standings, an admin can give points by hand with a note.
