Last updated: 30 October 2026. This policy covers the apps and tools published by Bitwerf, a trade name of BizzKitt B.V., the Netherlands (“we”).
The app renders diagrams from the Mermaid text you type into the macro. That text and your display options are saved by Confluence as part of your page, on Atlassian’s infrastructure. Rendering happens in your browser. The app runs entirely on Atlassian (Forge): no servers of ours, no analytics, no cookies and no third-party services. We cannot see your pages, diagrams or user data. Atlassian gives us standard Marketplace licensing and billing information about the purchasing organization, which we use only to manage licenses and support.
Our Apify Actors run in your own Apify account. Inputs, results and the alert history of the TED tool are stored in your Apify account’s storages. We do not receive your inputs or results; Apify gives us aggregated usage and billing statistics. The TED tool only processes public procurement notices from the official TED API of the European Union.
If you email us, we use your name, email address and message only to answer you, and delete them within 24 months after the request is closed.
Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to, correction of or deletion of personal data we hold about you, and you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
